ALL prices are valid from 1st December 2011.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS: A cancellation fee of 100% will apply for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.

ALL PRICES: are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

NO REFUNDS: for adverse weather conditions, or no show.

TOUR TIMES, ROUTES AND ITINERARY: are subject to weather, road and traffic conditions. We reserve the right to change or alter any tour.

WE RESERVE: the right to ask any client to leave the tour for any kind of inappropriate behaviour.

SAFETY: Changes to the tour or itinerary can be made due to adverse or poor safety conditions and the tour guide's decision is final.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Whilst every care is taken we accept no responsability for belongings left unattended in the vehicle.

PRICES: The information and prices in this web site are valid from July 1st 2009 and supersede all previous advertisement. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars, include GST and may be subject to change.

DEPARTURE: Your bus departs on time from all attractions. Passengers who miss the bus will have to return to Sydney at their own cost.

CREDIT CARD Payments: A 2% surcharge will be charged on all payments made with credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.

SMOKING: inside our coaches is prohibited by Government regulations.

TOUR COMPONENTS: We do not take responsibility for any delays, injuries or loss arising in any manner from tour components NOT operated by Oz Trails.

NEW YEAR’S EVE WEEK (29 December – 3 January): Due to the large amount of visitors to Sydney, Oz Trails Blue Mountains Tours reserves the right to use large deluxe coaches and central pick up points. The itinerary will remain the same.
